  • Red Ginseng: is 6 years old that is required to go through heating at 98-100 degrees Celsius for up to 3 hours and then dried. This is what gives it its red color! 

Both White & Red Ginseng have effective immune-modulatory, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antioxidant-atopic properties. However, Red Ginseng has been found to hold more potent pharmacological properties and appears to be more effective.
