SHIPPING POLICY

All of us at Soosul Skin are committed to bringing you the most innovative products of the highest quality. We know that what matters to you is great products combined with truly attentive service.

If you have any concerns about a Soosul Skin product, a missing or damaged order, or your experience, we welcome you to contact us.

We’re in the office Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. You can send us an email any time or reach out through the “Contact Us" page. To expedite your request, please share your order confirmation number, if available. We do get busy from time to time, but we always strive to get back to you within 2 business days!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE?

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your online order. If your order is placed after 8 AM EST, it will be shipped to you the following business day (we don't ship on weekends or major holidays). Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout.

We currently offer free shipping to the USA. Once shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for arrival of your parcel. We ship everywhere in the continental U.S. as well as Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand (shipping charges apply). You may experience slightly longer delivery times when shipping internationally or to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories.

Due to the high demand, we want to inform you that there may be a slight delay in processing. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for us to ensure your order is handled with the utmost care and efficiency.


UPS Ground Shipping Estimated Transit Time
All our packages ship from our warehouse located in Southern California. Please note, transit days are based on the ship date and delivery zip code.

Please note the following important points:

- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please use this number to monitor the status of your shipment.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for monitoring their parcel's delivery status. If you encounter any issues or delays, please contact our customer service team promptly.
- Non-Delivery Claims: Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 14 days of the order date. After this period, we are not liable for lost or undelivered packages if we have not been notified by the customer.

Lost/ Stolen Parcel

First, please double-check your tracking information. Ensure you have thoroughly checked your surrounding area and with your neighbors. If you’re unable to locate your parcel, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the courier regarding your missing package. Courier investigations may take up to 10 business days to conclude.

- Domestic orders reported as missing or stolen must be disputed within 14 days from the shipment date.
- International orders reported as missing or stolen must be disputed within 21 days from the shipment date.
- Requests made outside of these timeframes are not guaranteed a resolution. Until a missing package has been returned to our warehouse facility or officially declared lost, we are unable to reship or refund the order.

Each report is assessed on a case-by-case basis. If the parcel is confirmed as delivered with Proof of Delivery (POD) or if a "Safe Place/Leave with Neighbor/Delivered with Consignee’s Authority" request was made with our courier, we are unable to issue a refund for parcels that are lost or stolen.

Discount codes are valid for a limited time as specified during the promotional period. Codes must be entered at checkout to redeem the discount. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases, combined with other offers, or used for items excluded from the promotion.
